The travel time refers to the duration you will be on the road — in the car. Please note that this time does not include any stops along the way, as all stops are free, just like the waiting time. We calculate the time without considering possible traffic delays or border crossings, so if you are booking a transfer to the airport, it’s best to leave early and allow some extra time.

Passenger reviews are published after moderation. On average, this process takes about two weeks. You can also reach out to him at this number to ask any questions you may have. If you are unable to contact the driver within 24 hours, please be sure to reach out to our support team.
You can cancel your transfer booking through the confirmation email you received when making your reservation. Please note that there is a cancellation link at the very end of the email. We would like to remind you that canceling your order is free of charge. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we kindly ask you to cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance, allowing the driver the opportunity to accept another booking. After canceling your transfer, you can book a new transfer for a different date.
